1- Space/Time Collapse
As the two main fleets battle it out in Earth's orbit, Kei, Olson & the scientists, arrive at the base of Orbital Elevator. As the scientists prepare the Space/Time Oscillation Bomb for detonation, a group of enemy fighters arrive, thus Kei & Olson engage in battle. Fearing for their lives, the scientists hop back into their shuttle and leave with their work incomplete. But wanting the mission to succeed, Kei attempts to activate the bomb himself, but disaster occurs. The bomb explodes, but instead of sending the Orbital Elevator to another dimension, it ends up mixing several dimension into one. Kei wakes up, 20 years into the future aboard an Emaan vessel. Before much could be explained, the Chirum arrive demanding that the Idioblast (Kei is refereed to as such) be handed over to them. Kei, not liking the Chirum's commander tone, engages in battle in his Bronco II fighter (salvaged by the Emaan) and destroys the enemy.

2- Lonely Wolf
Thinking that all the Chirum soldiers are dead, Kei tries to understand what is going on, when the Chirum group leader shows up, pointing a weapon at Kei. With the help of an Emaan, Kei quickly disposes of the intruder. As the Emaan go about burying their fallen comrades, Kei tries to get some information out of Mimsy. He's so desperate for answers, that he threatens her at gun point; but she doesn't believe that he would ever harm her. He then questions Jaby, who tells him that the planet is surrounded by a dimensional barrier which causes a greenhouse effect and cannot be penetrated. Meanwhile, Robert, the regional Chirum commander, orders and all out attack on the Emaan vessel, and that the Idioblast be captured. After another confrontation with Mimsy, Kei leaves in his Bronco II, attempting to penetrate the barrier. Mimsy tries to convince him to stay, but he tries anyways and ends up crashing in his damaged fighter.

3- Pretty Machine
With his Bronco II Fighter in ruins, Kei asks the Emaan if they can repair it & how their aircraft work. He's told that their aircraft use an anti-gravity control system and that although his fighter cannot be repaired, it can be re-built. But Mimsy tells him that they will only do so, if he agrees to stay. Seeing that life is good with the Emaan and single ladies are plenty, Kei agrees. While shopping for parts with Mimsy, Kei discovers something odd. The shop also sells little robot girls which are programmed to do house work. Kei asks Mimsy to buy her, and does so after bartering with the shop owner. Unknown to Kei, his friend Olson is alive and a captain within the Chirum military. He is told that unless they recover the Idioblast, they will either end up losing the war the Mu (a robot race) or die of the intense heat.

4- Caravan
Kei watches as the Emaan re-build his Bronco II fighter. The Glomar is now over the Atlantian Continent and Shaya alerts the crew to prepare to deploy the market, much to Mimsy's dismay. As the Emaan are traders, this market will help them acquire much needed food supplies for their voyage back to the Emaan homeland. As everybody is setting things up, Kei finds himself useless and goes off wandering with Mome (the robot girl). He runs into a man driving what appears to be a Japanese military jeep, and he's correct. When he asks the man where he got it, the man tells him that he bought it from the Emaan a while ago. Kei returns back to the market with the man and tells Mimsy about it. She doesn't think much of it, but for Kei it means that there may be chance of getting back home. Two Chirum end up overhearing the conversation and try to capture Kei. Kei races back to the Glomar and into his re-build fighter to fight off the enemy, while Mome makes final adjustments during flight.

5- Lovers
Because of Kei's battle with the Chirum soldiers, the Atlantians now feel that they are in danger. Shaya quickly resolves the situation by apologizing to them, and giving them all their goods for free and leaving immediately. Later that night, at dinner, Mimsy proposes that they give a new name to Kei's fighter. Jaby ends up making the best suggestion and it is named the Orguss. Meanwhile, two men from a nearby village steal the Orguss, and when this is discovered, everyone is sent out to recover it. Kei locates them in the woods, while trying to push the Orguss. The younger man explains that he wanted to use it to rescue his girlfriend, who is being held at a Chirum base. They ask Kei if he would rescue her, and after been shown a picture of her, he agrees :) They reach the Chirum base and Kei rescues the girl among others, just as he runs out of ammo. Nothing to fear though, the Glomar arrives and Mai & Lea finish things up. The young man and his girl seem happy to see each other, thus Slay asks Mimsy to marry him, but she's not that eager.

6- Vanishing Point
The Glomar continues it's journey through Atlantis, but the Emaan are now very worried because they have little or no food left. In the meantime, Kei and Jaby are having a conversation of the Glomar's roof-top, when he smells grapes. Jaby orders Shaya to stop the ship and to begin searching. They break open a mountain side revealing a hidden valley with vast amounts of grape-trees. They begin gathering the grapes and filling the Glomar storage areas, when Jaby has more information to share with them. His body has the unique ability to detect dimensional shifts, and he knows that one is coming. To compound the problem, the Chirum forces are after Kei again. Kei orders Mimsy to assemble everyone and leave, while Kei battles the 50+ enemy fighters. While the battle rages on, a dimensional door opens above them, although the Glomar is safe, Kei still has to pick up a accidentally left behind Mome. In the end, the Orguss emerges with Mome in hand and the entire Chirum fleet has vanished.

7- I Love You
The Glomar, bound for the Emaan homeland must pass through the Straights of Gibraltar, where the Chirum will be waiting. Meanwhile aboard the ship things are getting interesting. Mome has become infatuated with Kei, Kei is angry because he will never see his girlfriend(s) again and Mimsy & Slay are fighting. While exchanging supplies with a trading vessel, Mimsy & Kei talk about Mome's recent behavior, when he tells her that he loves her. Slay interferes and gets Mimsy away from Kei. A new fight ensues but will soon have to be put aside as the enemy attacks. Kei goes out in the Orguss once again and tells Shaya to maneuver the Glomar inland, for better protection. The Chirum are using amphibious craft this time around, but it's nothing Kei can't handle. At battle's end, Kei returns to the ship and into Mimsy's arms. Slay is not impressed.

8- Runaway
Because of their last encounter with the Chirum, the Glomar is forced to take a long way home; meaning that it will have to cross the entire European continent, instead of simply following the Mediterranean. Shaya & Mimsy believe the former is safer, but Kei thinks that the latter can still be accomplished. Thus the Glomar changes course and heads for the city of Lyon, where it then resume it's course by following the Mediterranean. This would be great if the Chirum didn't know about it, but a scout has spotted them, so a Chirum naval force will be waiting for them. Meanwhile Kei is still trying to get through to Mimsy, this time while she's lying in the sun on the ships roof. He tries to tell her that he loves her, but she doesn't believe he's sincere, and he ends up overdoing it, so she runs away. Another battle is just around the corner, it's even more fierce this time around. Shaya is forced to turn the ship around again, as a result the Chirum commander order it shot down. Kei uses a downed enemy fighter as baseball bat to take care of the incoming missiles. Afterwards, Kei asks Mimsy to come see the sunset... she happily agrees.

9- Revolution
As our friends continue their journey northerly through France, they arrive at a battlefield. They decide to salvages any parts that they can and then sell them to the French government. When the Emaan ask for a market, their demand is rejected and Shaya finds this odd, so she sends Mimsy & Kei to find out what is going on. While in the city, both of them are jumped by a group of females and taken to their hideout. They explain that the French empress, Ann, has been very unkind to her people and uses the Blast Cannon to suppress any upheaval. Jann, their leader ask Shaya for help & it is Kei who comes up with the plan. At night fall, Kei & the gang sneak onto the palace grounds and steal the Blast Cannon. This makes Ann very angry, as the peasants begin to revolt. But she has already made too many people suffer, and when she attacks the Glomar, Shaya fires the Blast Cannon at her palace. The edifice crumbles to dust and the people are overjoyed. Jann thanks everyone and much to his surprise, Kei gets his kiss.

10- Barbarians
All is well aboard the Glomar... if you consider Slay & Kei fighting over Mimsy normal. After a recreational game of squash, Kei asks Mimsy to go out for a walk, when Slay buts in and asks her the same question. Both men exchange pleasantries, when Kei finally tells Slay that if he wants Mimsy, to protect her. He will soon get his chance do to so, when a group of barbarians begins to attack the ship for no apparent reason. No one is concerned until they climb the side of the ship and damage the ship's balancer, thus bringing it down. The barbarians begin to really inflict damage on the ship and the mecha, so everyone grabs a weapon and begins shooting them. At one point, Mimsy is taken by one of them and Slay tells him to leave her alone. They end up in a one-on-one fight, which ends up with Slay having been severely injured. Jaby saves the day when he puts his fire breathing show into action and sends them all running away. Slay will live after all and Kei tells him he did the right thing, but Slay doesn't want his sympathy.

11- Dummy
Shaya spots a Chirum scout and shows off a new device that Leegh has made; a jammer which prevents the Chirum Idioblast sensors from working. As the Chium fighters pass over head, Mai & Lea wonder if they will ever be safe with Kei around. He overhears the conversation and proposes a plan, where he will let himself be killed. Not for real though, Leegh creates a dummy Orguss that in a ensuing battle is destroyed by the Chirum forces. The Chirum inspect the wreckage and only find pieces of flesh and then check the Glomar for good measure. Henry tries to make excuses for the Idioblast's death, but Robert tells him that the important thing is that he's dead. Later, while passing through a deserted city, Mimsy not knowing the truth about Kei, is upset at Shaya and even strikes her. She then runs away but is attacked by vampire bats. Mome tries to help her, but it is Kei, alive and well, who arrives to save the day. At that same moment, Henry is watching and realizes that they have been fooled.

12- Chirum Girl
As the Glomar nears the Persian Gulf, Mai is sent out to scout ahead. She locates a huge Chirum base, but before she warn the others she is attacked by a patrol of enemy fighters. At the same moment back on the ship, Slay & Leegh confront Kei telling him that they don't want him aboard the ship any longer. The discussion never gets a chance to develop as Shaya arrives with news of Mai's problems. Kei races out to help her, while Shaya explains to everyone why Kei is so important; as the Idioblast, he is the one who will put all the everything back in order. As Kei and Mai return safely, Olson talks to his best pilot, Athena. He tells her about the Idioblast and she asks for permission to capture him. Olson tells her to go, and Athena is soon on her way. She uses a device which locates the center of jamming fields, the same one the Glomar uses to disrupt the Chirum Idioblast sensors. She locates the Glomar and soon after engages Kei in battle. They are equality matched, but a moment of hesitation by Athena (thinking of Olson's word not to kill him), allows Kei to cripple her mecha and leave.

13- Caspian Crater
Now only steps away from Emaan territory, our group of friends are busy with repairs and the like. Noting that the jamming field was somewhat ineffective in the last battle, Leegh proposes that next time someone go out ahead of the Glomar with another jamming device. However that plan will surely put who ever is out ahead in a deadly position, so Shaya asks that any volunteers come see her. Of all the people aboard the Glomar, it is Slay who volunteers for the job. Mimsy has a hard time accepting his decision, but he tells that he loved her once, but things have since changed. Kei also wants to know why he's made such a decision and Slay simply tells him that: "Mimsy would be sad if you go". Everyone wishes Slay good-luck as he leaves the ship and the Chirum immediately notice the amplified jamming field. As a result, Olson leads a group of fighters against them and a new battle ensues. Soon after, Slay is shoot down and Olson recognizes Kei's voice on the communication channels; he orders Athena to leave him alone and signals the rest of the group to pull out.

14- Operation 'D'
Olson has gotten in big trouble with the Chrium commanders because of his failure to comply with orders to kill the Idioblast. He has been demoted down to the rank of Lieutenant and Robert gets a big laugh out of it all. Athena still remains loyal to Olson, who now tries to convince the Chirum command to not kill Kei, but they refuse to change their minds, because it will interfere with their plans for the mysterious D-system. Meanwhile back aboard the Glomar, Kei tries to convince Mimsy that Slay is alright and will be back soon, but she simply wants to be left alone. Another attack upon the ship begins and Kei wonders how they were found so quickly, Shaya says that she turn off the jammer, thinking it was no longer necessary this close to Emaan territory. Kei is out there fighting again and this time is in big trouble. Olson saves him, but in turn is attacked and Kei gets in the way to return the favor. As the Orguss falls down into a canyon, Emaan Orguss 2 fighters arrive on the scene to help out.

15- Idioblast
As all the Emaan aboard the Glomar celebrate their return home, Kei runs into Olson for the first time since the Space/Time Oscillation Bomb exploded. After trying to talk to Mimsy, Kei ends up in front of his damaged Orguss and notices an incoming radio transmission. He answers and the man says that he his Olson, but Kei is not convinced. After proving to him his identity, Olson asks Kei to meet him in a forest area so that they may talk, and Kei accepts. Olson reveals that he is also referred too as a Idioblast and that both of them are part of the pieces of this cross-dimensional phenomenon. Only when all the pieces are found can everything be put back into order. And finally, he tells Kei that Tina, although no longer alive, gave birth to a child which Kei is the father of. The Glomar finally arrives at the Emaan city and Kei, Mimsy, Mome and Shaya take a trip through the city. They make a stop at a projection booth where the operator explains how the space/time disruption has affected the different dimensional timelines. Later in private, he explains to Shaya that when Kei helps return stability to all the dimensions, he will be lost forever.

16- My Factory
With Kei now in Emaan territory you would think that everything is alright, but it is not. Two of the biggest clans in Emaan society - Raasu & Toobu - have been recently arguing over what to do with the Idioblast, and the Toobu clan has made a decision to capture him and brainwash him. They believe that they must act quickly in order to fix the dimensional instability. Oddly enough, Shaya is part of the Toobu clan and her twin sister Manisha, is the head of the clan. Soon after Kei's capture, Toobu scientists begin their mind washing experiments, as Shaya goes to see her sister and ask her to let him go. Seeing that her sister won't back down, Shaya knocks her out and goes about rescuing Kei. Upon rejoining the rest of the group, Shaya tells them that they must leave the city before they are all captured. In the end the crew of the Glomar has to fight it's way out the city which it had hoped to call home.

17- Seventeen
Mimsy worries about Kei's future; will he join the Chirum and his friend Olson or will he remain aboard the Glomar. As she tries to get some answers from him she falls to the floor in pain. Before he can learn about her condition, Kei is called upon to defend the ship against attacking Toobu fighters. He manages to lose them by traveling through a canyon which leads to Death Valley and meets up with Slay who is alive and well. Kei tells Slay about Mimsy and then both return to the Glomar, which is now also traveling through the canyon. Slay tells Kei that Mimsy's fever is normal sign of her approaching the age of 17. The problem is though that she is not yet married, and if she doesn't get married before 17, she will not be able to bear any children. As Mimsy cries out Slay's name, he promises to marry her once she's well, as Kei grows more & more worried for her. At that same moment the Glomar enters the Death Valley where the Toobu are waiting, and Kei engages in battle hoping they will leave the ship alone. A Raasu ship arrives lending a hand and Slay performs the ultimate sacrifice; not wanting Mimsy to die, he performs a kamikaze run on the enemy ship and destroys it.
